Her Ministry

The Work God Entrusted to Her

Susan wanted God to receive the credit for the “God-sized jobs” He gave her. Large events mattered — but her life's work happened mostly one person at a time.

Chosen Women Events & the Rose Bowl

Susan founded and led Chosen Women Events — large gatherings that brought women together for worship, teaching, and encounter with Jesus. The Chosen Women Rose Bowl gathering remained one of her proudest ministry memories.

One Person at a Time
Large events were important — but Susan's ministry was not primarily about stages or crowds.

Much of her life's work happened one person at a time. She mentored and discipled women individually. Many came to consider her a spiritual mother. She was passionate about helping people experience spiritual freedom in Christ, personally walking many through a process influenced by the Steps to Freedom in Christ — believing people could be freed from spiritual bondage, shame, fear, and wounds from their past through Jesus.
